Scientifically eat aliens in 4 steps

If aliens are found, can we eat them

Step 1: Determine the type of alien life form

If an alien is discovered, we must first determine its type of life form:

Currently, all life as we know it is based on carbon, hence the term carbon-based organisms. But scientists believe that in addition to carbon-based life, there may be other forms of life.

1 Silicon-based life: Silicon is an element similar to carbon that can form complex molecular structures and is widely found on Earth. Therefore, some scientists believe that silicon-based life may exist on other planets or galaxies.

2 Nitrogen-based life: Nitrogen, another element capable of forming complex molecules, has also been proposed by some scientists as a potential non-carbon-based life hypothesis.

3. Metal-based life: Some researchers believe that some metal elements, such as iron, nickel, chromium, etc., may form compound structures with life characteristics, thereby deriving metal-based life.

4. Energy-based life: Energy-based life refers to life forms based on natural phenomena such as electricity, thermodynamics, and chemistry, such as life systems composed of electrical life forms.

In addition to the carbon-based life that may be able to eat it, the nitrogen-based life may also be able to eat it, and everything else is excluded.

Step 2: Determine whether aliens are toxic

At present, the toxicity brought by food mainly includes the following types:

1 Microbial toxins: toxins produced by microorganisms such as bacteria, fungi, and viruses, such as botulinum toxin, aflatoxin, etc.

2 Chemical toxins: including naturally occurring toxins, such as mushroom toxins, seafood toxins, etc., and artificially added chemicals, such as food additives, pesticides, etc.

3 Heavy metal pollution: There may be excessive heavy metal pollutants in food, such as lead, mercury, cadmium, etc. Excessive intake will cause harm to human health.

4. Radioactive pollution: There may be radioactive elements in food, such as iodine, strontium, plutonium, etc. Excessive intake will cause harm to human health.

5 Animal toxins: Animals contain toxins, such as fish and lizards, which may be harmful to humans if eaten without treatment.

6 Phytotoxins: Some plants contain toxins, such as myristyl alcohol in legumes and estrogen in palm plants; eating these plants by mistake or eating too much for a long time may cause harm to human health.

After clarifying the toxicity, we need to know how to eat it and how much to use.

Step 3: Judging the Alien’s Taste

Aliens are the tastiest to make with that cooking method! Common cooking methods are:

1 Grilling: Grilling food in the oven or on the stove by placing it on a baking sheet or grill.

2 Boiling: Soak food in boiling water or other liquids, such as soup, porridge, noodles, etc.

3 Frying: Put food into hot oil for frying, such as chicken nuggets, fried shrimp, etc.

4 Slicing: Cut ingredients into thin or thick slices and cook them in different ways.

5 Steam: Put the food in a steamer or a steamer basket to cook with steam.

6 Stewing: Add an appropriate amount of liquid into the pot and simmer slowly over low heat so that the ingredients can fully penetrate the flavor, such as braised pork.

7 Stir-fry: Stir-fry the ingredients quickly at high temperature to make them cooked as soon as possible and maintain nutrition.

8 Mixing: Cut the ingredients into thin strips or mince, add seasonings and mix well, such as cold salad, etc.

9 Oven: Put ingredients into the oven for roasting, such as grilled fish, grilled vegetables, etc.

10 Soaking: Soak ingredients in liquid to enhance their taste or remove bad flavors, such as pickles, cured meats, etc.
